A battery-operated smoke detector is a device that identifies smoke particles in a closed room and alerts of the danger at an early stage of a possible fire. The photoelectric smoke detector works well as an additional means of monitoring the hazard and thus protecting wherever there is a risk of fire ignition.
The small and lightweight autonomous smoke detector is designed for self-assembly and operation. Powered by included 6LR61 or 6F22 batteries. The device alarms of danger (the alarm volume is 85dB) and also indicates when to replace a depleting battery. In addition, it is equipped with LED for visual indication.
The lifetime of the sensor is 10 years and the whole device is compliant with standards: EN 14604:2006+AC:2009, EN 14604:2005/AC1:2008 as certified by ANPI. The battery-operated smoke detector also has a TEST button to check that the device is functioning correctly.
