A battery-operated smoke alarm, a device that detects smoke particles in a closed room and alerts us to the danger at an early stage of a possible fire. The photoelectric smoke detector will work well as an additional means of monitoring the danger and thus protecting you wherever there is a risk of fire.
The device is small and lightweight, so it is recommended for self-assembly and operation. Powered by the 6LR61/ 9V battery included in the set, the device signals danger - the alarm volume is 85dB, but it will also tell us when to replace a depleting battery. In addition, it also features an LED to visually signal the alarm.
The sensors of the detector have a lifespan of up to 10 years and the entire device complies with the European standard 14604:2005/AC1:2008, which has been certified by BSI-KM514007. The battery-operated smoke detector also has a TEST option to check the correct operation of the device.
The magnetic mounting plate (OR-DC-622), which fits many models of carbon monoxide, smoke or gas detectors, is ideal for convenient placement in the room. It enables quick and easy self-mounting of the detector without the need to drill holes in the wall. It will also work well in caravans, boats or on concrete walls or ceilings.
